OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Instrument Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly, development, and construct the use of all machines and precision of measuring instruments.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Instrument Maker or similar role in manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of machines, bench equipment and precision measuring instruments.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Prior experience in inventory management is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $33.12 - $34.67 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and assemble medical instruments according to specifications and design requirements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of instruments to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management of materials and tools used in the production process.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve instrument designs and manufacturing processes.
  • Adhere to strict protocols for sterile processing and aseptic technique during instrument preparation.
  • Making ordinary tools, jigs or fixtures incidental to work.
  • Having Deburr parts are required
  • Document all processes, including modifications and repairs made to instruments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
