Description Sitech Intermountain is seeking to hire a full-time Instrument Service Center Technician/Customer Service Associate in our Salt Lake City location. Sitech Intermountain is the premier machine control, laser and site positioning supplier for the construction and surveying industries. The Instrument Service Center Technician will be responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting & repair of instrumentation. The technician will take care of these duties in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Training and obtaining authorizations will be provided. This position will include general office duties, helping customers and assisting in checking in equipment for repair, be detail oriented and professional. Customer satisfaction is the key component of the Service Center Technician. Work Safely with a sense of urgency. Inspection, troubleshooting & repair of instrumentation Communicate with customers. Assisting in general office duties Required Qualifications: Ability to focus on tasks and see them through with a positive attitude. Mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands.
