QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• Membership with APEGNB (an asset)
• Industrial sector experience (an asset)
• Strong command of written and spoken English (French is an asset)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling tools (an asset)
• Understanding of industrial automation systems (an asset)
• Knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, DCS, and safety systems (an asset)
• Experience with electrical circuits and power distribution (an asset)
• Adaptable and resourceful in client-facing environments
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset for collaboration beyond the Saint John region

• Develop specifications for instrumentation and control systems
• Prepare technical documents and procurement packages
• Participate in P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) reviews
• Validate technical drawings and ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct site visits and perform on-site assessments
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of internal engineering standards and practices
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to overall team efficiency
