The Boeing Company is looking for a Instrumentation Systems and Integration Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO supporting Phantom Works.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Instrumentations Systems and Integration Engineers - Phantom Works.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering
  • 1+ years of experience designing special test equipment for flight programs and supporting proposals
  • 3+ years of experience with precision test and measurement devices
  • 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or something similar
  • 3+ years of experience with flight test, flight operations, or system test

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required

Responsibilities
  • Applies knowledge of aerospace components, systems, and related test equipment, facilities, processes and methods including: Analyze engineering designs to define testing requirements; Prepare test plans, schedules and documentation
  • Design, develop and safely operate test facilities and instrumentation systems
  • Conduct component, sub-system, system and system-of-systems tests
  • Prepare analyze, and report test results to verify and validate design and performance to meet government, regulatory, customer and program compliance requirements
  • Conduct aerospace research and preliminary design; develop and transition test technology
  • Perform metrology services (calibration, certification & maintenance) on all related instruments and equipment
