Opportunities for professional growth Year-round work What You Would Do: Review project details to ensure that proper materials, tools, and equipment are brought to each project Lead a crew Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times Install each project at customers home using company-approved and quality-driven methods Communicate with the customer throughout each project Provide customers with a "WOW!" experience What We Need for this Role: Construction and excavator experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record Ability to travel Unrestricted lifting ability, ability to climb a ladder, ability to kneel and crawl Excellent communication and time management skills Regular and punctual attendance at the job locations Ability to work overtime if needed As a Construction Crew Lead for DBS Residential Solutions, you’ll lead a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality products.
