Responsibilities

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

This role oversees a diverse range of support functions for the division and its management team, encompassing Regional Management Team support including administration, sales, and coordination with the wider team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to support the daily operations of our Insulation and Drylining Management Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the National Sales Director and his immediate team, gaining deep insight into the business and positioning themselves for further progression within the role and the wider company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the National Sales Director and wider team
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the division and its mechanics including Contract Support, Pricing and Branch P&Ls
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers as needed
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and appointments
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
