We are seeking a skilled and experienced foreman or crew lead to join our team. As a foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing insulation projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with construction experience who is eager to learn, grow and deliver high quality results.
We are specifically looking for individuals who are passionate about leading small crews, have comprehensive understanding of insulation processes and can train new workers effectively.
The ideal candidate should be at ease working in attics and have the capability to maneuver safely in both hot and cramped environments.

The job entails various responsibilities related to attic projects, including:

• Promoting, supporting and facilitating teamwork between crews
• Ensuring health and safety of all crew members
• Following and enforcing company health and safety programs and company culture
• Assessing competency and capabilities of crew members
• Assigning daily individual and crew tasks
• Setting and maintaining work standards and outlining behavioural expectations to ensure crew morale and productivity
• Maintaining and providing ventilation systems
• Implementing basic roofing techniques
• Effectively communicating and organizing

The candidate will be responsible for getting to and from the office - company vehicles will be utilized to go to and from the various job sites.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
