Looking for a reliable concientius person to join an award winning team. The ideal candidate will work under our office manager and closely with other tradespeople with good communication skills. The candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess a variety of technical skills. The right person will also help our specilaist projects team with other projects, and some pest control works as and when required. This role is very varied and requires graft involving working in residential and commercial buildings to enhance energy efficiency and comfort, or complete refurbishment works. The ideal candidate will work closely with other tradespeople and must be capable of interpreting schematics and using various tools. MUST be reliable and over 25 for use of one of our vans. This is a self-employed role, and day rate will be agreed depending on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in construction or a related field is ideal.
• Familiarity with roofing and masonry is highly desirable.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques.
• Knowledge of plastering techniques is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction painting principles.
• Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
