We specialise in insulation and home energy improvement services, partnering with government schemes like ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) to make homes more energy efficient. We are now looking for a skilled Senior Insulation Technician & Plasterer to join our expanding team.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Technician & Plasterer to join our team, working on the road across Wales. This dual-role position requires expertise in both insulation installation and plastering. You will be responsible for installing various insulation types (e.g., loft, cavity wall, and external wall) and carrying out plastering and finishing work where required after insulation installations. This ensures both energy efficiency and a professional, high-quality finish to the work.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in both insulation installation and plastering, with the ability to carry out high-quality work in both areas.
• Knowledge of insulation materials and installation methods for loft, cavity wall, and external wall applications.
• Understanding of plastering techniques for internal and external surfaces.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency schemes like ECO4 and GBIS is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a small team.
• Health and Safety Certifications (e.g., CSCS Card) are desirable.
• A valid UK driving license.

• Insulation Installation: Install a range of insulation solutions, including Internal wall insulation and room-in-roof insulation
• Plastering and Finishing: Provide plastering and finishing services for internal and external surfaces after insulation installations, ensuring a smooth, professional appearance.
• Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to explain the installation and plastering process, ensuring they understand the work being carried out and that disruption is minimized.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety procedures while on-site, ensuring the safety of both the team and the customer.
• Documentation: Accurately complete job reports and any required paperwork for each installation, ensuring timely submission to the Head of Insulation.
