Plus, we’ll support your growth with paid-for external training programs and courses. Key Responsibilities Reviews travelers, print, and insulation BOM; verifies material availability and condition. Confirms vacuum integrity before starting insulation (per leak test protocol). Cuts, fit, and install insulation on shells, heads, and piping; applies adhesives, bands, or jacketing as specified. Completes check sheets for vacuum readings pre/post insulation (critical for leak detection traceability). Strict adherence to EHS protocols, including respirator fit test and PPE (gloves, sleeves, scissors, knives, etc.). Responsibilities

The Insulator will be responsible for reviewing documentation, confirming vacuum integrity, and cutting, fitting, and installing insulation on shells, heads, and piping according to specifications. This role also requires strict adherence to EHS protocols and completing check sheets for vacuum readings for leak detection traceability.
