One of the fastest growing independently owned insurance agencies in Suffolk County is looking for a full time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join the team. Our Agency provides personal & commercial insurance to our clients, representing almost all major carriers within NY. We are seeking a qualified, professional CSR to join our team. The individual should have the following characteristics and experiences:

  • Minimum of 1(one) year experience within the insurance industry working with personal lines
  • Withhold a NYS Property & Casualty License (preferred)
  • Ability to perform account activities such as, but not limited to, client & insurance carrier phone calls & emails
  • Work closely with producers & team members in quoting policies, processing endorsements, ID Cards, binders
  • Excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal, Listening)
  • Self motivated, detail oriented, organizational skills
  • Have the ability to multitask
  • Work as a team player as well as independently’
