Job Title: Insurance Operations Administrator Location: South Africa Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) An organized and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Administrator is sought to support daily insurance and operational processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative workflows, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring efficient operations within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, administrative experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for insurance operations and client services Maintain and update policy records, client information, and operational documentation Process insurance-related documentation, applications, and policy updates Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, and internal departments Monitor operational workflows to ensure timely processing and compliance Assist with reporting, data entry, and record management tasks Respond to client inquiries and resolve administrative issues professionally Track deadlines, renewals, and outstanding documentation requirements Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred Minimum of 2 years of administrative or insurance operations experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment Experience in insurance, finance, or operations administration preferred Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Experience working with US-based operations or clients is an advantage Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
