JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Administrator to support our operations by managing insurance renewals, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth documentation processing. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in administrative or insurance-related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with a good command of the English language. Other languages are an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and follow up on insurance renewals.
  • Answering incoming calls, directing calls to the appropriate staff, and answering general inquiries (e.g., telephone, email, and walk-in).
  • Greeting Customers at the Front Desk.
  • Support daily sales processes, scanning, preparing courier items, and filing as required.
  • Process and manage parking ticket payments and records.
  • Maintain administrative records, including expenses, client files, and inventory.
  • Handle payout and wholesale documentation.
  • Support general office operations as needed.
