Description

The primary function of the Personal Insurance Advisor is to deliver excellent and efficient customer service that drives increased sales and business retention.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent, and/or a relevant third-level qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of service to existing and new customers, ensuring the experience meets expectations and aligns with the company’s customer care ethos.
  • Deliver on agreed targets for new business and retention through the use of selling and retention skills.
  • Efficiently execute policy amendments while ensuring all aspects of service provision meet customer expectations.
  • Optimize opportunities for cross-selling to generate referrals and engage with customers to maximize business growth opportunities across other channels/business units.
  • Handle a requisite volume of calls efficiently, ensuring that call answering objectives are met for both the customer and the organization.
  • Work closely with team colleagues to collectively achieve overall targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all systems and procedures set by the company.
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the company’s Personal Lines and Commercial product range and compliance requirements. Complete relevant industry qualifications as required.
  • Carry out additional duties as required by management.
