This role requires talking to customers and insurers, so you’ll need to be comfortable with phone and email communication. Confidence, reliability and enthusiasm are essential. Full training is provided.

The role involves contacting potential clients, tailoring the right solutions and products for their needs, providing outstanding customer service and going that extra mile to ensure that they get the best possible deal.
