Co-operators Insurance and Financial Services
We are looking for someone to join our team! We understand there is value in having a great team and balancing work with your personal life. We are looking for a team player who would be advising clients and prospects on personal and commercial insurance and expanding on financial services such as Life Insurance and Investments. This is an entry level position for someone who is looking for a long-term career in financial services. We offer on the job learning with a full training plan.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
· Quoting new business and servicing current client’s policies
· Front line underwriting for personal lines
· Input first notice of loss for claims
· Documenting all client interactions
· Collect premium on policies
· Actively participate in agency programs and initiatives
Requirements:
· Obtaining level 1 general insurance agent license
· Enjoying interactions with client
· Detail oriented and accurate data entry
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Great customer service skills, including problem solving, empathy and concern for our clients
· Ability to work with a team towards goals
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
