Farmers Insurance Phoenix District Office is looking for a seasoned insurance professional to join our leadership team as an Agency Business Consultant (ABC). We’re seeking someone with at least 3 years of insurance industry experience and active P&C and Life & Health licenses who can immediately step in and make a measurable impact.
As an Agency Business Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for agency owners in consulting on everything from sales growth to team development and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the District Manager and office staff, who bring energy, drive, and a hunger to grow.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry (agency, carrier, or consulting)
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses
Deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of an insurance agency
Confidence in coaching agents, analyzing performance data, and offering solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with agency management systems or CRMs
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required with strong industry background
