POSITION SUMMARY

The Agency Operations Coordinator will support daily operations and strategy. This individual will play a key role in keeping the agency organized, efficient, and aligned with our cultural values. This role requires initiative, emotional maturity, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities independently within a well-defined framework.
Risk Management Partners is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Agency Operations Coordinator to support back-office operations in our growing insurance agency in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment, enjoys improving systems, and is passionate about service and organization. Prior insurance agency experience is required.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2+ years of independent insurance agency experience (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented; experience with EZLynx a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Able to work independently while following agency systems and expectations
