SHIFTS & FLEXIBILITY:

This position offers full-time employment, with the possibility of overtime. We’re looking for a candidate who is flexible working weekends, providing you with the chance to take full advantage of higher earning opportunities.

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide Dealership road service, following a fair rotation schedule.
• Provide insurance quotes and sell new policies.
• Manage walk-in traffic efficiently, handling transactions and inquiries promptly.
• Follow up on client accounts to resolve any outstanding matters.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry changes to offer the best possible service.
• Be proactive in managing individual filing tasks and maintaining organization.
• Make timely renewal calls to existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
