High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred for experienced roles) Valid driver’s license Strong computer and technical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to build effective working relationships Regular and consistent attendance Additional Requirements for Production Agent (Experienced) Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license 5+ years of professional experience (3+ years in insurance preferred) CIC, CPCU, or similar designations (preferred) Ability to independently manage workflows, mentor others, and maintain confidentiality Note: This position will be hired as either a Production Agent Trainee or Production Agent, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered for the trainee role, while experienced professionals may be hired directly as a Production Agent.
