Description

Position: Insurance Agent Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Full-Time, Remote Work. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies. Market and promote various insurance products to potential clients through networking and outreach. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions. Assist clients with policy claims and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and supportive process. Stay informed on current insurance policies, regulations, and market trends to effectively advise clients. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documents to clients. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is advantageous. Valid insurance license in the applicable state; additional certifications (CIC, CPCU) are a plus. Proven experience as an insurance agent or similar sales role. Strong understanding of insurance products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
