Description
Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the insurance vertical, meeting or exceeding targets for Total Contract Value (TCV), In-Year Revenue, and Gross Margin. Act as a strategic alliance seller, collaborating with hyperscalers to co-develop and co-sell joint solutions tailored to the needs of top insurance accounts. Lead the sales of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions, aligning emerging technologies with client business goals and transformation initiatives. Leverage marketing and lead generation resources to create targeted campaigns that drive demand and pipeline growth. Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas in TCV, Revenue, or Gross Margin. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services, consulting, managed services At least 7 years in a Sales or new business development role, with 5+ years selling into insurance Services organizations. Demonstrated success in alliance-based selling, particularly in collaboration with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Azure, GCP, Cisco ) to drive joint go-to-market initiatives. Proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas of $15M+ TCV. Deep domain expertise in Banking/Financial Services, with experience selling consulting and IT solutions in this space. Proven experience selling AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments. Bachelor's degree required. Willingness to travel up to 40%.
