Your Role: Consultant to department/group in resolving difficult problems. Leads project teams through its analysis, formulation of recommendations and write-ups prior to release. Responsible for implementation of goals and objectives and provides input to timetable for deliverables. Directs discovery, evaluation and makes recommendations (and presentations) for changes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of analytical experience in related industry
  • Superior analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to review and direct analysis
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct meetings and deliver formal presentations
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to staff
  • Expert knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, Python, Visual Basic and various structured analysis and design techniques
