Insurance and ERM Analyst - Your future role?
As an Insurance and ERM Analyst in our Budapest office, you will assist the Insurance and ERM Manager with administrative tasks and oversight. Your role will involve ensuring that the global insurance and risk management programs are effectively managed and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
Insurance Support
- Oversee the annual data collection process across the organization, ensuring completion of all necessary Annual/Renewal forms.
- Coordinate premium allocations with underwriters and local Givaudan affiliates, while monitoring premium transactions.
- Evaluate local insurance policies to ensure alignment with Group standards and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for business insurance compliance inquiries, collaborating with brokers as needed.
- Provide comprehensive support and guidance on various insurance-related questions to the Givaudan community.
- Manage and integrate insurance programs for newly acquired companies.
- Act as the key liaison in the claims process, facilitating communication between affiliates and insurers.
Risk Management
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
- Support the creation of risk profiles by compiling relevant information from various departments.
- Participate in risk assessment activities to identify and evaluate potential risks impacting the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Reporting and Documentation
- Establish and maintain a centralized repository of insurance information and summaries.
Maintain an organized repository of risk management resources and documentation.Develop a dashboard to track activities related to both Insurance and ERM, including key metrics, progress on tasks, and main data points reflecting the job done.
