Key requirements:
The Corporate Insurance team is regularly instructed on major insurance sector transactions, recent work includes advising Ageas on it’s acquisition of esure and partnership with Saga, Direct Line Group’s disposal of its brokered commercial lines business to RSA, and the BT Pension Scheme Trustee in respect of its longevity swap with Swiss Re, Lloyds Bank Pension Scheme Trustee on it’s longevity swap with Rothesay Life and Prudential Insurance Corporation.
