About the Job: This position is responsible for reviewing insurance information and processing insurance verification or authorization responsibilities of all new clients within the expected speed and quality. What You'll Do: This individual is responsible for ensuring that the campaign collects insurance authorization so that they can begin treatment with new clients. Communicate with the insurance carriers on a daily basis to collect authorizations. This may require phone time. Input new client information and update information in the system Will follow a step-by-step guide to submit authorization based on insurance carrier. Assess eligibility of new clients and track the progress of a case (ie. Who needs authorization still? Who is pending? Who needs a reassessment?). Follow-ups to ensure authorization may be required. Will work closely with the Clinical Director To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the immediate superior. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree with any related field, can be in accounting, business administration (Required) At least (1) year relevant experience – (Required) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – (Required) Able to speak Spanish is a major plus.
