This is an ideal next step for an experienced broking assistant or junior broker ready to take on greater responsibility and ownership in client management. In this hands-on and client-facing role, you’ll support the delivery of tailored general insurance solutions by managing renewals, preparing quotes and documentation, and coordinating policy lifecycle administration. You’ll work closely with senior advisors while also having the autonomy to manage your own workflow and contribute to continuous improvement in how we serve our clients. What you'll do Prepare insurance quotes, proposals, renewal terms and policy documentation Manage client queries and communications with clarity and professionalism Process applications, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately Liaise directly with insurers and underwriters to negotiate policy terms Maintain compliance and accuracy in client records and internal systems Support claims lodgement and ongoing communication with stakeholders Identify and act on opportunities to improve documentation and service delivery Stay current on insurance market trends and regulatory changes What you'll bring Tier 1 / 2 Insurance Broking qualification 3+ years of experience in general insurance broking or insurance admin Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance A professional communication style and service-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to work Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and team success Ready to join us?
