The Insurance Broker will provide professional insurance services to clients in both commercial and personal lines. The role involves sourcing, advising, and placing insurance business KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Meet business growth and sales targets Ensure business closed is retained in the books as per set guidelines Advise clients on appropriate commercial and personal insurance products. Source and develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Prepare and present insurance proposals, renewals, and claims submissions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards. Provide timely support and follow-up on client queries and claims. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 3–5 years experience as an insurance broker. Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license. Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently. Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events. Performance measured on sales targets, client satisfaction, and compliance adherence.
