Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for providing tailored general insurance solutions to individuals, families, and small businesses. From personal lines to commercial packages, you’ll help clients protect what matters most.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor general insurance trends, policy updates, and market changes that may impact client risk and premiums.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers to deliver competitive and effective coverage solutions.
  • Interview and Assess client needs and match them with the most suitable general insurance products (e.g., home, contents, vehicle, landlord, and SME insurance).
  • Provide expert guidance on policy conditions, risks covered, exclusions, premiums, and benefits.
  • Assist clients with new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Prepare clear documentation outlining policy terms, coverage limits, and special conditions.
  • Identify and advise clients of any significant changes to their risk profile.
  • Manage and support clients through the claims process to ensure smooth and fair outcomes.
  • Broker complex general insurance solutions for small and medium-sized business clients, including commercial property and liability risks.
