About the roleAre you an experienced insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, finding solutions and making insurance easier for customers?Rapid Solutions is looking for an Insurance Broker to join our team and manage, grow and develop a portfolio of clients across general insurance in a niche industry sector spanning all States and Territories in Australia.You'll work closely with clients to understand risks, arrange appropriate cover and deliver a high level of service throughout the life of each policy.

• What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of new and existing clients, including quotes, renewals, claims and policy changes
• Identify client needs and risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals and renewal documentation
• Negotiate appropriate terms and pricing
• Build strong client, insurer and referrer relationships
• Use consultative sales techniques to convert leads and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Proactively manage renewals and client retention
• Support clients through the claims process and advocate on their behalf
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Work collaboratively with internal teams
