What You’ll Do
- Deliver legendary client service after the initial sale, helping with policy changes, renewals, and general inquiries.
- Act as the go-to resource for clients — in person, over the phone, or by email — offering professional advice and ensuring every transaction is accurate and on time.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade or bundle coverage, enhancing client protection while growing your book of business.
- Liaise with insurance providers to balance client needs with company policies.
- Keep client accounts in order, process adjustments, and assist with collections as needed.

- Clear and confident communication.
- A degree is an asset, but not required — we’re open to training the right person from scratch.
