What You’ll Do

  • Deliver legendary client service after the initial sale, helping with policy changes, renewals, and general inquiries.
  • Act as the go-to resource for clients — in person, over the phone, or by email — offering professional advice and ensuring every transaction is accurate and on time.
  • Identify opportunities to upgrade or bundle coverage, enhancing client protection while growing your book of business.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to balance client needs with company policies.
  • Keep client accounts in order, process adjustments, and assist with collections as needed.
