  • The RoleManage and service a portfolio of SME General Insurance clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Handle renewals, policy amendments and day-to-day client enquiries.
  • Work closely with the wider team to deliver a high standard of service.
  • Take ownership of your portfolio while continuing to develop your technical knowledge.
  • About You3–5 years’ experience in general insurance broking.
  • Confident, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Down to earth, collaborative and team-oriented, with a genuine willingness to learn.
