What you’ll be doing. 

In this exciting new role, you’ll be the go-to expert shaping and strengthening CHL’s insurance program bringing together strategy, governance, renewals, claims and continuous improvement to help protect our people, places and purpose. From leading a smart, value-for-money insurance portfolio and driving annual renewals, to partnering with brokers, insurers and internal teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring CHL is well covered, well informed and ready for what’s ahead. You’ll also provide trusted advice on insurance requirements, contractual risk, projects and organisational change, while keeping clear frameworks, registers and executive reporting in place to support confident, consistent decision-making.
