QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on life, health, and supplemental insurance solutions
  • Analyze clients’ personal and business insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options
  • Build and manage client relationships through regular follow-ups and consultations
  • Guide clients through the full sales process, from needs assessment to policy implementation
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy data using CRM systems
  • Meet individual performance metrics for sales, retention, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay current with product offerings, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a consultative, client-first mindset
