Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a New Business Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new commercial clients. You will work closely with our account handling and broking teams to deliver exceptional service and bespoke insurance solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in insurance sales who thrives on winning business and building lasting relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively source and approach potential commercial clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across diverse industry sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth fact finds to fully understand clients’ risk profiles and insurance needs.
  • Work with internal brokers to design and present tailored insurance programmes.
  • Negotiate terms with insurers and clients to secure competitive and comprehensive cover.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with FCA compliance requirements.
