JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Insurance Claims Sales Specialist at Brandon J Roofing, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth and success. This position is commission-based and operates as a 1099 independent contractor. We are seeking individuals who are motivated, ambitious, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with homeowners and businesses to assess roofing damage and determine insurance claim eligibility.
  • Guide clients through the insurance claims process.
  • Provide detailed estimates for roofing repairs or replacements based on insurance coverage and client requirements.
  • Utilize sales techniques to sell additional roofing services or products as appropriate.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, insurance policies, and regulations to effectively advise clients and optimize sales opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the roofing or insurance industry, is preferred but not required.
  • Must be comfortable climbing roofs and conducting physical assessments of properties.
  • Possess a reliable truck and necessary equipment for fieldwork.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices is preferred.
