JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Insurance Claims Specialist at Harmony Health, you will be responsible for working with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and guide them through the process of selecting the best coverage. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others, building relationships, and growing in the dynamic insurance industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interest in sales and insurance, with a desire to build a career in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
