Review, monitor, and verify investigation documents prepared by Junior Associates to ensure accuracy and thoroughness. Interact with members of the Admin team and directly with clients to resolve policy issues and analyze processes for accuracy. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Life Insurance and annuity experience. Excellent analytical / problem solving skills. Assists team with escalated client or account issues. Demonstrates professional courtesy and represents the company in a positive manner in all areas of internal and external communications. Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends for root cause analysis. Highest-level of support on programs, projects, reporting, filing for the BPO organization (electronic and hard copy), confidential materials handling, and issue resolution through experiences performing the role.
