Our mission is to provide clients with top-tier insurance solutions through trusted carriers while creating a supportive environment for our team to grow professionally. We are currently seeking 2–3 licensed Insurance Consultants to join our team in Downers Grove, IL. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Insurance Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting the most suitable insurance products to meet their personal and business needs. This role involves working with warm leads generated from our mortgage team, as well as building and maintaining a personal client book. There is no cold calling or high-pressure sales involved.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Home/Auto required) * Life Insurance license (optional, not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work from our Downers Grove, IL office (hybrid eligibility after onboarding and training)
  • High level of professionalism and client service orientation
