Responsibilities: Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates Interpreting insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions Litigating coverage matters including depositions, motion hearings, and trials Qualifications: JD degree with excellent academic credentials Admitted to the California Bar 4+ years of litigation experience Demonstrated experience interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and litigating coverage matters preferably in connection with general liability, professional liability (E&O), directors & officers, employment practices liability, and cyber insurance policies Exceptional writing and oral communication skills Why KD? Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
