Responsibilities: Litigate coverage disputes Analyze insurance policies Draft opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimers Advocate for clients in diverse matters and deliver strategic representation across a broad spectrum of claims and disputes Conduct court appearances, depositions, and motion practice with confidence and precision, ensuring effective advocacy at every stage of litigation Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, providing timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle Qualifications: JD degree with excellent academic credentials Admission to the New York State Bar At least one year of relevant experience is preferred, but not required Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Why KD?
