Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service
Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based review process
Assist with policy updates, billing questions, and claims
Support agency growth by identifying sales opportunities and leads
