Our Multi-location Allstate Agency is expanding and has several positions available for Licensed Insurance representatives. REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for applicants who are professional, confident, outgoing and excited about a career in internal sales and service. The ideal candidate will:

• Have Property & Casualty and/or Life License(s).
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette; excellent communication/ interpersonal skills.
• Be purpose driven with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Have Tangible evidence of success on prior jobs.
• Allstate Experience is a plus!(Exceptions will be considered for outstanding applicants)

• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Handle all incoming service and claims calls.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross/ up-sell opportunity. Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and target databases.
• Receive incoming calls for quotes. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Perform annual and semi-annual insurance reviews.
• Address customer needs as indicated and based upon role on team.
