Civil Litigation / Insurance Defense Attorney – Hybrid remote - 125k to 180k - VA, DC, MD Founded over 20 years ago, we are a corporate law firm, employing over 40 attorneys and representing both domestic and international clients in sophisticated corporate and securities transactions, insurance defense and coverage, secured and unsecured lending transactions, PIPEs, general corporate matters, litigation, tax and intellectual property matters.
