Description

Core Responsibilities * Analyze clients’ insurance business processes across Life, P&C, and Reinsurance domains. * Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards. * Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology, operations, and transformation initiatives. * Advise clients on insurance products, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, and compliance processes. * Support digital transformation programs including core system modernization, automation, and data-driven decision solutions. * Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency. * Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, IT, actuarial, operations) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. * Participate in system implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), and change management activities. * Provide domain expertise during vendor evaluations for insurance platforms and tools. * Develop training materials and mentor stakeholders on new processes and systems. Skills & Competencies * Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory frameworks. * Understanding of core insurance systems (policy admin, claims, billing, CRM). * Familiarity with industry platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, SAP FS, Majesco, etc.). * Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. * Ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
