We are looking for an experienced Insurance Estimator to join our Sydney team!

Key Responsibilities

• Attend site inspections to scope and assess damage
• Prepare detailed repair estimates in line with insurer guidelines
• Liaise with clients, insurance assessors, and trades to clarify scope and pricing
• Upload reports, quotes, and supporting documentation to insurer portals
• Identify variations and potential claim issues early
• Work closely with project managers to hand over jobs for delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the insurance or construction sector
• Strong understanding of building and trade pricing
• Familiarity with insurance industry standards and claim processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet strict timeframes
• Proficiency in estimating software
