About you

- tertiary degree in a relevant discipline

- hold a valid National Police Check

- minimum 7–10 years’ experience in insurance management within a large organisational setting, ideally in higher education

- strong understanding of insurance markets, policy structures and claims processes

- experience strengthening organisational insurance capability, including delivering training and awareness initiatives

- ability to interpret complex policies and translate them into clear, practical advice

- excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
