We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Insurance Marketing Manager. Principal responsibilities: Craft and implement marketing strategies tailored to the needs of the Distribution department that align with business objectives and channel growth, focusing on customer acquisition, product penetration, and cross-selling opportunities Leverage data analytics to identify market trends, customer behavior and opportunities for targeted campaigns Develop, execute and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotion materials to support various distribution partners and sales teams, including digital marketing, advertising, and events Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI) and ROI tracking Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify trends, customer needs and opportunities for growth, innovation and competitive landscape Working closely with both external and internal stakeholders in distribution, channel, marketing, analytics and proposition to maximize customer, joint-business outcomes and to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and present regular report to stakeholders Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant insurance regulations and company policies Lead, mentor and develop junior team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation Possess a strong understanding of life insurance products and services Requirements: University graduate with degree preferably in business administration, marketing or communication related discipline Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within insurance or financial services, advertising, digital or customer insight Strong drive-in customer centricity, with proven ability on the implementation of marketing projects, engagement activities, or advertising Strong in self-motivation, communication, project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under pressure Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and innovation mindset Experience in supporting distribution channels or sales teams is highly desirable Creative, analytical and results-oriented mindset Strong in communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) RBW You’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited. www.hangseng.com/careers https://www.linkedin.com/company/hang-seng-bank Hang Seng is committed to service excellence.
