Job Title: Insurance Network Provider Specialist Location: Delhi Department: Insurance (PPMC) Provider Network Key Responsibilities : ● Expansion of the Health & Wellness Network: Drive the growth and outreach of the provider network, ensuring a strong presence across the region. ● Tie-Ups & Empanelment: Facilitate new partnerships and renewals with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to enhance service availability. ● Regional Provider Management: Oversee all empanelment-related activities for provider partners in the East region, ensuring seamless onboarding. ● Contracting & Tariff Negotiation: Secure the best possible rates for services through strategic negotiations with providers. ● Relationship Management: Maintain strong, end-to-end engagement with diagnostic centers, hospitals, and clinics to ensure operational efficiency. ● Network Presence & Data Management: Regularly update records to reflect current network coverage and provider status. ● Cost Optimization: Implement and track cost-saving measures by quantifying negotiated tariff benefits through a structured monitoring system. ● Travel: Readiness to travel different cities for the identification of the Diagnostic centers/Hospitals and for the Audits/Mystery shoppings. Qualification : ● Minimum 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in provider management (TPA). ● Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with healthcare providers. ● Established connections with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics in the North zone will be an added advantage.
