The ideal candidate will be sales and service focused, team-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This position will be based out of our Wethersfield CT office. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30AM - 3PM, Friday 8:30AM - 12:30PM. Build and nurture a positive working relationship with office staff. Implement operating policies to support the overall office objectives, production, and profitability. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions. Processes documents for clients and office staff. Assist with maintaining client files and paperwork. Schedules meetings and maintains office staff calendars as needed. Answers and transfers phone calls. Scans documents. Orders office supplies. Maintains a clean and organized reception area. All other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA): Communication skills Interpersonal and Customer Service skills Time-Management skills Organizational skills Administrative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products. Required: High School Diploma 2 Years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role. Previous insurance industry experience preferred.
